We made microwave cupcakes called Moko Moko while watching some American cartoons I brought with me. The mix comes as a powder and all you have to do is add an egg and microwave for 2 minutes. Mine kind of overflowed out of the cup when it baked as you can see in the picture below. It still tasted good though!
