Gnocchi for Dinner

I made gnocchi for my host family tonight.  I made American food a couple days ago, so this time I made something Italian to represent my heritage.  Since potato flakes are not very common here, I peeled and mashed my own potatoes.  I showed both Yuki and my host mother how to roll out the dough and cut it into the pieces of pasta.  The final product turned out very well; I think it was one of the best batches I've ever made.
